No-Hassle ReturnsWe are dedicated to offering you first class service. If you have any problem with your order, for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 15 days of order for a full refund. It's a no hassle, no worries philosophy that helps to ensure 100% satisfaction when you shop with us.
If the return is the result of our error (wrong product, quantity or expired product), the cost of the return shipping is free. If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund within 15 days. And if there is a free shipping with initial order, then we will deduct the actual cost of the shipping when we refund as we are including the shipping in the total bill.And we will need the original invoice and original packing. Please inform us about the reason for return on the invoice .If you want we can send choice of your products for the same cost with shipping cost deducted.
You have to contact our return department by fax or email and get a RMA number before we can process your return. With out RMA numbers we can't process the return.
If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.You may return any or all of your ordered items within 15 days of shipping, under following circumstances: - Item was received in damaged condition or was defective
- Incorrect item was shipped (other than what you actually ordered).
- Minor changes by Manufacturers: Manufacturers bring minor changes to their product labeling, packaging, name and/or formula time to time. These changes are to comply with regulatory issues or for marketing purpose. 12vitamins.com is responsible to ship the same UPC code item that you ordered. Please match the UPC code present at the item you received with the UPC code at our website before returning an item due to minor differences. In case you still do not wish to keep the item, please return it to us in fresh condition, and we will issue refund to you as per our refund policy.
